By downloading, installing, or using German Learning App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
German Learning App is a language learning platform that provides AI-generated listening episodes, reading stories, vocabulary tools, quizzes, and flashcards to help users learn German for professional contexts. The App is available on iOS devices.
To use the App, you must create an account using your email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age.
Free Plan: Includes 10 credits per month for generating episodes and stories, along with full access to vocabulary tools, quizzes, and flashcards.
Premium Plan: Offers additional credits, extended features, and an ad-free experience. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content including episodes, stories, and vocabulary explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The App is intended as a supplementary learning tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.
All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by German Learning App or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, German Learning App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which German Learning App operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
