Welcome to SubRe ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the SubRe mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SubRe is a subscription tracking application that helps you monitor and manage your recurring payments. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google, Apple). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (subscription names, amounts, notes, etc.). We store this data securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

The App, its design, code, and content (excluding user data) are owned by MG Business Lab. Service logos displayed in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all subscription data will be accurate. SubRe is a tracking tool and does not process payments or manage your actual subscriptions with third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MG Business Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed payments, incorrect amounts, or data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
