Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find FocusFlow and tap Cancel Subscription.
The free tier is limited to 3 focus sessions per day. You can watch a short ad to unlock 3 more sessions, or upgrade to FocusFlow Pro for unlimited sessions, customizable timers, AI coaching, and more.
FocusFlow uses Apple's Screen Time API to temporarily block apps you select during focus sessions. Go to Settings > App Blocking to choose which apps to block. They will be shielded when you start a focus session and automatically unblocked when it ends.
Go to Settings > Apple Health and turn on the toggle. FocusFlow will ask for permission to write Mindful Minutes to Apple Health. Each completed focus session will be logged automatically.
Sign in with your email account in Settings. Once signed in, your session data will sync automatically across all your devices.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure FocusFlow has background audio permission. Go to your iPhone Settings > FocusFlow and ensure Background App Refresh is enabled. The app is designed to play ambient sounds in the background.
Check that notifications are enabled for FocusFlow in your iPhone Settings > Notifications > FocusFlow. Make sure alerts, sounds, and banners are turned on.
