How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate new episodes and stories. Free users receive 10 credits per month. Each episode or story generation costs 1 credit. Credits reset monthly. Premium subscribers get additional credits.

What levels are available?

We support A1 (Beginner), A2 (Elementary), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Upper Intermediate), and C1 (Advanced) based on the CEFR framework. You can change your level anytime in Settings > Learning Preferences.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find German Learning App, and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us at germanlearning@mgbusinesslab.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

My progress didn't sync between devices. What should I do?

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices and have an internet connection. The app syncs automatically when it opens or returns to the foreground. If the issue persists, contact us.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
